Boston Road – in reference to the street it overlooks – is a residential building located in The Bronx, New York City. Designed by Alexander Gorlin Architects, the project contains small studios for low-income tenants, including those who were once homeless. It encompasses 90,000 square feet and was completed for $330 per square foot.
